Our Transform in 4 Challenge is open to Non-members and current members.  You do not need to be a member to join.

Yes!  Small Group Training is included with this program.  You will be able to attend our classes 3x week during the duration of this challenge.

Yes, due to our indoor limited capacity we require everyone to reserve their classes ahead of time.  This also helps with accountablity because you are planning your workouts for the week.
