A 42 Day Transformation Program that includes small group personal training to build strength and lean muscle, that is fun and challenging while burning a lot of calories; supported along the way with nutrition coaching and accountability so that you get the best results possible. All sessions are held Live and In-Person at Brickhouse Fitness in San Jose, CA.
