Small hinges swing big doors. The 5 Rules below are the habits we believe are most important for building lasting fitness. While sleep may be the most crucial habit, it's also the hardest to change. That’s why we focus on these 5 first—to build trust, get results, and then tackle sleep later.
 
Here are the 5 rules:
😅 Sweat daily for at least 15 minutes. 
🚶🏽‍♂️ Walk 10,000 steps every day.
🥑 Follow the nutrition program exactly as outlined in the manual.
💧 Drink 90 oz of water daily.
