The winning team is determined based on 2 measurements… total fat mass lost + total muscle mass gained for each person added together. This score will be compared to other teams. The highest scoring team will win the Challenge.

Our nutrition plan is science based and utilizes carb cycling for maximum fat loss. You will have the flexibility to enjoy all of your favorite foods while still seeing amazing results.

TRAINING

You will have access to small group training sessions during your 28 Day Challenge.  We recommend you train with us 3x per week for best results.

Can I do the Challenge Solo?

Yes, but you will not qualify for the $1,500 cash prize.  We suggest you join with another person for additional accountability.

Do I have to workout at a certain day or time?

No, this challenge includes 3x week small group training sessions. You can attend any day and time we offers workouts.

Do I compete against my teammate?

No, you and your partner are a team.  You compete against other challengers (teams).

Do I have to workout at the same time as my teammate?

No, you dont need to attend the same workout session as your teammate if you cant coordinate schedules.

Do I need to reserve my sessions ahead of time?

Yes, due to our limited indoor class capacity we require everyone to reserve their classes ahead of time. This also helps with accountablity because you are planning your workouts for the week.
