MEET YOUR COACH
My name is Jorge Maciel and I am one of the Founders of Brickhouse Fitness.
I first gained interest in health and fitness in my backyard in Southern California, with an old weight set that my dad bought me. Playing sports as a teenager I quickly realized that building strength and muscle mass would give me an advantage on the field. My interest quickly turned into a passion and since then I have been dedicated to learning and applying the most effective and efficent strategies to build strength, muscle, and decrease body fat.
